What counts as an endpoint?
Any server, VM, container host or workstation with the Frailwarden agent or a connected cloud integration. Containers on the same host count once.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing, and downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle. Your history and settings stay put.
What happens if I go over my endpoint limit?
Nothing breaks. New endpoints keep reporting for 7 days while we ask if you want to upgrade. After that they go read-only until you do.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, annual billing saves 20% on Team and is available by invoice on Enterprise. Switch from monthly at any time.
Where is my data stored?
Team data lives in the EU or US, your choice. Enterprise adds custom residency. We never sell or share event data, full stop.
