Terms of Service

Accounts

You need an account with a valid email address to use Frailwarden. You are responsible for activity under your account, for keeping credentials safe, and for notifying us promptly at support@frailwarden.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You may connect only systems you own or are authorized to monitor. You agree not to:

• use Frailwarden to attack, probe or disrupt systems without written authorization;
• resell access to the platform without a partner agreement;
• reverse engineer the service, scrape it, or attempt to bypass its limits or security controls;
• upload unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, with notice where practical.

Service availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime on Free and Team, and 99.99% on Enterprise under a signed SLA. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance and counts against uptime only if it exceeds the published window.

Billing and refunds

Paid plans bill monthly or annually in advance, in USD. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades apply at the next renewal. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. If we fail to meet the availability target on a paid plan, you can request service credits as described in your plan documentation.

Intellectual property

You keep all rights to the data you send us. We keep all rights to the platform, its software and its brand. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the service without obligation.

Liability

The service is provided as is, to the extent permitted by law. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can close your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate for material breach after written notice and a 14-day cure period where the breach is curable. On termination, you can export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted.

Changes

We notify account owners at least 14 days before material changes to these terms take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
